What Is MindBrain Systems?
MBS is a new approach to achieving permanent and effective change in your life. It starts from the point of view that you are what you have leaned to be since the moment of your birth. It therefore follows that you can relearn an become anything that you wish to be.
With MBS you can change anything in your life.
Your Brain Is Your Hardware
Your brain is tissue, it is the meat of your system and is your hardware. As hardware it can only function in certain ways that are preset. That does not mean that it cannot be reprogrammed. We know that the process of learning changes the very structure of your brain and eventually your DNA. We also know that your brain controls your body and your ability to move, talk and so on, and that when you damage your brain these abilities will be effected. You brain, muscle bones and tissues are all organic cells they your hardware.
You can create a new you by following the MBS 91 Day Rule.
Your Mind Is Your Firmware
Your mind is different to your brain. Your mind is your personality, your individual ego, the part of the system that you describe as ‘me’. The relationship between your mind and your brain is what is called habit. As your mind finds behaviours acceptable and repeatable the neurones and dendrites, brain tissues, start to develop firmware circuits that ensure that the energy in your system will always respond in the same way, unless or until your system is updated.
Create new habits – Create a new you
For many people the relationship between their mind and their brain is constant and they become fixed in their attitudes, beliefs and behaviours and these never change unless something happens to them that updates the system. Usually this is a trauma of some sort. When I talk about people’s ability to change and grow in life I often say that there are two main paths or ways to change and these are either pain or awareness.
Most people only grow and change, that is change the habits in their firmware, because it has become too painful to stay as they are. One thing that always surprises me is the ability that people have to withstand tremendous levels of pain for great periods of time, and even so they still do not change.
Using MBS you can create 1400 new brain cells every day
When the firmware of the mind, in terms of attitudes and beliefs, changes, it updates the hardware of the brain and behaviour changes. This change actually happens at a cellular level in the hippocampus where up to 1400 new neurones are creates each day that become the circuits of the new habit. When these habit become embedded they become encoded in your DNA. When this happens, through learning, the genome of the individual changes so that the genome, or genetic code of the individual, at death is different to their genome at birth, this is called evolution. Each life time, of every individual, is a small drop in the ocean of all human evolution.
With MBS create new habits that serve you well
It is important to realise that the mind brain system is neutral. It does not care if the habits that are learned are positive or negative, if they serve us well or badly. To the mind brain they are just habits to be repeated until there is an update. If there is never any new learning or experience there is never any update in the neurones or the DNA and nothing ever changes. So where does the drive, of pain or awareness, that leads you to update your system come from?
Once you understand MBS rid yourself of negative habits.
Your Consciousness Is Your Software
There is a part of the mind brain system within you that I call ‘I’. The ‘I’ part of you is different to the ‘me’ part of you. ‘I’ can observe ‘me’. ‘I’ is the conscience, it is the inner voice that we all have, though most of us ignore it. Some people will work very hard to shut ‘I’ up. They may take extreme measures, such as drugs, alcohol, to make ‘I’ go away.
Some people will fear silence in case the ‘I’ voice gets too loud and so they fill their life with noise such as media or music, or they just keep on talking, and some will have a fear of being alone and need to always be with others, just in case ‘I’ gets a look in.
With MBS you can take responsibility for who you are
When you are alone and looking in the mirror it is the inner voice of ‘I’ that comes to the fore. When you look at yourself you are asking “how does ‘I’ see ‘me’?” The important thing to remember is that however you see yourself it is the result of the habits that you have developed in your mind brain system since the moment of your birth. If you see yourself negatively it is because somewhere along the line you learned to see yourself that way. It has become your habit.
You can become whatever you choose to be.
